yRead2 is a lightweight program that can read out loud, with a human voice, any plain text or HTML file that you insert on it.

This program has only one voice, an English one, but you can get other languages from the official creator's website: Spacejock Software.

The interface is very simple and intuitive, you just need to copy the text on the main window, and press on the speech bubble. The voice starts reading it automatically. You can also adjust the speed at which you want it to read the text.

yRead2 is pretty useful for improving your English pronunciation by listening to how the texts sound on this program. You can also use it to listen to your favorite eBooks, or to make sure that the article you wrote reads well.
